Terms and Conditions
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Promotion Period and Eligibility
- Promotion Period: June 17, 2026 through June 21, 2026.
- This promotion is valid for qualifying purchases placed through the official AMVR online store during the promotion period.
- A single order must meet the applicable minimum spending threshold to qualify for the promotional benefit.
- The qualifying order value is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after other applicable discounts and before shipping fees, taxes, duties, gift cards, or other non-product charges.
- Orders placed before or after the promotion period are not eligible for retroactive discounts or free gifts.
2. Father’s Day Promotional Offers
- Orders of $79 or more: Receive $10 off the qualifying order.
- Orders of $129 or more: Receive one free pair of Q3HB1 Quest 3 Controller Grip Covers.
- Orders of $129 or more may receive both the $10 discount and one free Q3HB1 gift, provided all qualification requirements are met.
- No promotional code is required. The eligible discount and free gift will be applied automatically in the cart or at checkout.
- Only one Q3HB1 free gift may be claimed per qualifying order.
- The free gift must be displayed in the cart or at checkout before payment is completed. Gifts cannot be added to an order after the order has been placed.
- Free gifts are available while supplies last. AMVR reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
- The free gift may be shipped separately from the other products in the qualifying order.
3. Returns, Cancellations and General Terms
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, discount codes, or alternative products.
- Free gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are received damaged or defective.
- If a qualifying order is cancelled before shipment, the corresponding discount and free gift will also be cancelled.
- If products from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining order value falls below the applicable promotion threshold, AMVR may deduct the promotional discount or the retail value of the free gift from the refund.
- Where required, the free gift must be returned together with the qualifying products. If the gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional codes unless expressly permitted at checkout.
- AMVR reserves the right to cancel or reject orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, resale activity, unauthorized transactions, or manipulation of the promotion.
- AMVR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical error, inventory shortage, fraud, or circumstances beyond AMVR’s control.
- In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, AMVR’s reasonable interpretation of these terms and conditions will apply, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
